Python-style imports

Usage:
local import = require("import") -- Returns the import function. local util = import("util") -- Returns a table of all globals declared in util.
See attached implementation.

Change the import function to allow cyclic imports.
Perhaps add a proxy table to cyclic imports? Pro: Better error messages. Con: Performance overhead.
